UX/UI Design / User Journey
I worked with Oak Essentials to design a full UI customer journey through an email and SMS capture campaign. I utilized their existing web design and branding throughout the journey and ensured that the entire flow felt unique and consistent to them. After our initial meeting to discuss what the goals of their campaign were and I created six different designs and a user flow using learned best practices. The end design and journey enabled them to increase converted website and mobile visitors into subscribers.
